Valentines Day

We went to San Diego for the weekend. Instead of flowers and other regular V-day presents for each other, I got her this Calvin Klein comforter cover she's been wanting for a loooong time and she got me these expensive Macy's pillows and Hotel 460tc pillow cases. Figured that's better than flowers and chocolate and junk cuz we like to sleep and I'm real picky about pillows for some odd reason.

so far v-day has rocked.

i woke up and there was a white rose on my laptop w/ a cd and an extremely adoring letter. the white rose also came with a small note of its significance. beaming with joy i went to put socks on because i had 5 minutes to get to calc, above my sock drawer there was a yellow rose with an attached note of significance.


i am loved and it totally rocks.

Codex my wife is very picky about her pillow as well. She only buys one brand which is not sold in stores but at a small hotel chain and they do not advertise the sales. We found out by complimenting them on their pillows and they offered to sell us a couple. Strange world!

Hahaha, which hotel is it? My girl thinks my pillow issue is kinda strange, but luckily, it's a quirk she finds "cute."

Oxford Suite Hotels, my wife just flat out loves their pillows. When my wife gets up in the morning (she gets out of bed before I do) she covers her pillow up with the blankets...I guess to protect it? Tee hee!

I was sick, and still am, but my girlfriend spent all day at my place taking care of me and watching movies. I'm pretty lucky to have a girl that would give up her entire day to take care of me like that.
