ahhh. so i buy this really nice lookin 1988 325, runs real nice too, no rust everything in perfect condition (
) so about a month after i got it i realized DAMN this thing burns A LOT OF OIL (1 quart about every 200-300 miles) oh well. im in NY in the middle of NOWHERE, i pull up to this place, push in the clutch, THE DAMN THING NEVER CAME BACK OUT!!!!! had the master cylinder replaced (only $150) so im drivin on the highway and it doesnt feel right, ya know kinda REALLY F@#$IN LOOSE. took it in, had it checked out, no prob, alignment ballance and a new tie rod. perfect. NOT PERFECT YOU IDIOTS!!!! so now i thoroughly investigated the problem and heres a list of things. sway bar links, control arms control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, wheel bearings (while im at it). ok so now i just bought a 325i engine for $500 but it needs an oil cooler ($150) new clutch (same). keep in mind that i am 17 years old and i have basically no money. it all should be finished in a couple weeks, im doin it all myself and with the help of my mechanic friend.
