If that's the tape I think it is (about the woman who ordered a burger and called cops cuz they wouldn't make it like she wanted), it happened in my neck of teh woods (SoCal). And yes, there are PLENTY of moms like that around there. Just go to the South Coast Plaza or Mission Viejo malls.
That's the one. She tells the 911 operator she is from San Clemente. When I heard that, the first thing that went through my mind was "It figures. Money, spoiled and no brains...."
