(CBS) CHELMSFORD, Mass. A Chelmsford, Mass., man is facing charges for
allegedly driving his 2006 BMW into a swimming pool at his condominium complex and then reporting it stolen. The Lowell Sun reports Keith Dion will be charged with filing a false police report and a fraudulent motor vehicle insurance claim.
Dion called police Wednesday morning and reported the convertible 330 Ci stolen. Officers found the vehicle several hours later submerged in water at the Williamsburg complex.
