That EBay moron lives about 10 miles from me. It was written up in the local newspaper earlier this week. She talked about how much her grandfather loved the Eagles, etc. that it had to be his spirit that arranged the cereal, she got all sentimental.... Now she is selling him out!

if you really want to try to tie this to politics and W, you could also look at where it is being auctioned off: blue state.

but obviously tying these together (as well as the above comments) is utterly ridiculous. Why does everything come down to jabbing the president or the people who were smart enough to vote for him. (hahahahaha just kidding, i bet i really riled up some folks with that comment) (seriously, take it as a joke, i dont' want to get flamed for a joke.) (i don't care who people voted for etc., i like everyone just the same, dang calm down, haha)

yeah i know. I wasn't offended or whatever. I wanted to add to the fun. But i'm sure it all just came out stupid.

did anyone notice the actual bids? I may know nothing about ebay but why would people bid 6 times in a row, upping it 10 dollars each time without anyone else bidding in between?????

That is called setting a bid maximum. The bid record will only show the highest current bid.....so if I am the first bidder and bid $1 and I set my maximum to $10, and you come along and bid $2, ebay will automatically bid $3 in my behalf, and that is what will show (my bid not yours cause I automatically outbid you) and so on and so on.

Now you know very little (as opposed to nothing) about ebay.

the cheez sandwich with the virgin mary on it was more interesting. This is just plain stupid (but entertaining).

Guess you coulda made a killing before last year if you had some fruit loops and a red sock appeared in your bowl.. Reverse the curse seems to be taking on new ground!
