Take it all with a grain of salt tho. A lot of the stuff seems like legit scams. However, I found quite a few that may just be disgruntled ex-customers or dumb people who got what they were supposed to but actually expected more. Can't please everyone.

I did find one attorneys office I considered applying to for a job. Thank goodness I didn't cuz I didn't like the field they were in.

Very true. I would look more for trends than a few individual slams.

Reading the rebuttals is a good way to tell which ones are scams and which ones are stupid customers.
