How do in the heck do you do that??

This goes way beyond my computer skills!

By the way, what happened to your 740iL?
Press the PrtScn key on your keyboard while you at desktop. Open Paint Shop Pro or Paint program. Go to edit-> Paste as new, save it as a JPG and you are done. Than you upload your picture somewhere and insert the link in to your post.

To my 740iL: I had a head on collision at almost 120mph.

Something is fishy here... 120mph head on with another car traveling what 80? 200mph combined would leave nothing but scrap metal and guts behind... Unless you hit another car that weighed 2000lbs or less and it bounced off your 7 and your car dragged against the railing to a stop... That sound like it?

Its not fishy. It was a head on in to a side of a vehicle.

Here is the whole story: http://bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=352612

It's incredible that you weren't hurt and a testimony to BMW design.

I think your estimates of speed and distance might be a bit high. From the damage on both cars, your speed was more likely 70 - 90 mph, and I doubt that you pushed the Mustang 500 feet unless your accelerator was stuck, even if you didn't brake. Maybe 150 - 200 feet, which is still incredibly scary!

Really I'd say 500 feet isn't COMPLETELY an overstatement but yea the speeds definitely is.

Most likely both drivers hit the brakes a second before the accident which is a decent amount of speed lost.
