Whats with the new forum skin? I liked the old one better, or maybe I'm just not used to this one yet

Its actually a newer software. Just give it a chance, I'm sure you'll get used to it and find the newer features more enjoyable.

I also like the old one better, this new version seems hard to read, because the replies are jumbled with the sigs, so its hard to keep them straight without skipping over a reply

That's true...that's the only thing I don't like, the avatar bar that runs across the top.

It needs some "fine tuning", I'm not used to it either.
I like the way you can preview a post though-saves time.
Icons to my right are driving me nuts though!!!!

I like it, looks more modern and clean-cut. The only thing I didn't like about the old one is that the letters were huge.
