Leaving for college

I'm leaving for college today (Friday). Leaving around 8:00. Still packing.

Very anxious and looking forward to it - but today's been really hard saying bye to a few of my extremely close friends and packing my life into a foot locker and a few large duffle bags.

I'm taking my computer and my laptop though, so I'll still be around.

good luck man. im trying to get all my stuff ready for college and im not even out of high school. i start my senior year on monday but i have to get a collection of work together so i can show the admins at the school i want to go to.

I'm studying Computer networking and network security (double major...)

I'm going to pennsylvania college of technology (www.pct.edu). It's a pretty acclaimed school in technology - something like the 2nd or 3'd ranked tech school on the east coast (After MIT obviously).

I love this place so far - classes haven't started, so it might all change - but everyone is so awesome. They have an UNBELIEVEABLE number of student events planned, so I will always have something to do if I'm bored. The professors are fairly strict as I've been told - so hopefully it'll turn me away from my old slacker-ways.

Letourneau University, Longview, TX.

Aeronautical Science Major - Professional Flight....basically a pilot. Then off to the AF or Navy for a while....then who knows where.

I'm majoring in Computer Engineering...... so far anyways.

i wouldn't mind doing History either, we'll see. but so far its CE which is one of the top two or three hardest majors at MSU ( www.montana.edu )
