The police here are really just really suspicious of anything. If you leave a bag or briefcase in the subway or on a bus or just about anywhere on the street in NY and you'll see how many precincts and how many remote controlled robots will there be surrounding the "mystery package". Its the cause of a lot of subway delays these days =/
