I think it's cool that you guys are sitting on one side of the planet, me on the other, and we're chatting about all sorts of crap. FYI its 9:15 on Wednesday morning, I've been at work for an hour. We're 2 weeks from winter in Melbourne and it's a clear sunny day, but cold (about 55 f). Looking forward to the weekend (duh).

What time is it where you are?
What are you doing?
What's your home town like at this time of year?

Right now it's 5:21 pm. Feels hot. Like 85 but weather.com claims it's 70 degrees F where I'm at. Must be cuz the sun is facing my window right now and the insulation of my house is retarded (keeps cold in during the winter and heat in during the summer).

So have you ever been to Outback Steakhouse... is it anything like Australia? Just wondering since I work there. [:I]
OMG, I just went to the website. [nono] For the record, no, Australia is nothing like that. There are these sorts of places all over the world using the stereotypical image of Australia to sell their goods. Fine by me, but rest assured we don't eat things called Toowoomba Pasta, Boomerang Shrimp or even Jackeroo Chops [rofl]. FYI on Monday night I cooked a Hot & Sour Thai beef salad and last night I made an authentic Spaghetti Carbonara...ps. I cook for my wife every night...no one ever believes me when I tell them that! [?|]
