I think I got a sun burn

I headed down to the Cape and was in the sun for a while. My shoulders are red like a sunburn, but I havent been burned since I was a little kid. Anyone know is Aloe is good for red skin?

Yes, aloe is very good to heal a sun burn. Next time slather on some 15 or better sun tan lotion before you go out [fake] . I always do before I ride my bike or take the Beamer out with the top down.

Before you rub on that aloe, sit in the tub and pour vinegar (brown) over your shoulders.....I'm not kidding, it will take the stinging out....

Ive never used sun block for the past 15 years, and went to the beach every summer. I doubt its a burn. I did put some on my face tho, just in case. The worst is people who get sun burns on their face.

Aloe works great (unfortunately I know from experience). Slop it on several times each day. Certain medications, specifically some antibiotics, increase your skin's sensitivity to sun and burning potential. If you are on meds right now it could explain why you didn't have problems before.

drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated, especially if you start to peel. This will help to reduce the itching too. [:)]

Apple cider vinagar...takes the "burn" away. I am forever getting sunburned. I could use spf 50 and still get burned....one of the Great things about being a Red Head. The worst place to get burned is the tops of your feet and your lips. man those places suck.

No such animal as a "GOOD" tan. The browning of the skin is the skins way of PROTECTING itself from abuse. Melononin (sp) is what turns you skin brown. Tans are VERY dangerous especially if you are suseptable to cancer. Be careful.

guys don't bash on christina. God i hate reading fourms, like this one i found on bimmerfest before, making fun of a Britney spears picture. Some guy said "Doesn't this look like Britney's coming home from a long night of kicks and clubbing" And the idiot didn't know where/ purpose of the picture. It turns out it was a picture off set of her song "outrageous" video shoot, and hes liek "shes such a slut blah blah blah shes no longer innocent" She never was innocent, she just played being innocent

As for xtina, she has a good make-up stylist i guess.

Hey FaNaTiC....was just wondering.....I would truly love to see your collection of cars, as would EVERYONE else. Be like Jimmy and show us what you got. I would love to see the Maserati, I love Maserati's. And slow down with the insults man, everyones opinion is their own....quit gettin so worked up because someone disses on Spears or Agi.
