I need a new Digital Camera...any suggestions

alright guys, i got a question and need some help...i need a new digital camera and im willing to spend up to $400.00, just a digital camera, not a video camera, just for pictures, need a camera with good quality (3.2 Megapixels at least) and a good zoom...and suggestions and links to good sites would be appreciated...Thanks!

I have a Fujiflim 3800, 6x optical, 3,2 mega pixel, and it will do shot video as well. They run about $350.00 and are great cameras. Check mysimon.com and you can find the best pricing.
