Enjoy your bumper car [:D]

JK, Being plastic has many advantages but very costly to repair, my sis had a Saturn but hers was a 93 and felt like it was going to fall apart undernieth me. Since thain Saturn has gotten much better.

Now Saturn used to be the number one dealar for 3 years in a row as far as friendliness of sales people and the buying process (for 2003 they were beat out by Infiniti). Can you decribe your experence?

Sometimes you just got to be "bi"........I've tried calling mine a he, my little boy, but the damn thing is too tempermental and requires too much attention to be a "him".......[rofl] [rofl]

LOL myharley.

i can honestly say that I would have voted them for best in sales. Lou was our salesman at Saturn of Reading and he was very no pressure. He knew we already had our mind made up whether we were going to buy the car or not and didnt push us into looking at figures, numbers.. crap like that. He even came to my job so I could sign the papers and didn't have to take a day off work! He let us take out whatever we wanted.
speaking of taking cars out... John's cars in Reading wouldnt let bear and I take out a BMW because he though we were punk kids looking to joyride. we brought the grand prix and he asked if that was our trade in and i stupidly told him yes. he looked up what he could give us for our grand prix and said it wasnt very much and wouldnt let us take the cars our because we didnt ahve "colateral" i guess if somethign happened to the bimmer. he has no idea whats in our bank account, what our down payment was going to be or if my rich mommy and daddy were going to buy it for me. (They arent really rich, but the car salesman didnt need to know that).. he was just a jerk. saturn though.. excellent.,.. great experience, would buy there again. my car is so smooth, very solid. i got a stick, not even knowing how to drive one and i can say it is smoother than bears Z3 when i drove it.

i recommend saturn to anyone but that means nothing when youre all driving bimmers and wouldnt "stoop to an american level"... lol. kidding.

Car salesmen usualy hate me because I am too informed. When we went to the Dealers to try out all kinds of cars before we bought the MDX, I did the talking. It trueley supprised me when I knew more about the car than the salesman. There were several good salesmen, I found the people to be at 2 of the 3 Mercedes Dealarships we went to had a great knowledge of the cars and were playfully quizing me.

When I get a salesman who dosent know his stuff they learn to hate me by the end of the experence. I even had a salesmen who argued with me, he complaned that one of the pannels on our trade in had the screws painted meaning that there was an accednet. I told him there was never any work done on the car and after a few verbal blows he just gave me this sly shure. I dont take crap from anyone, we took back our deposit and I yes I spoke to the manager. I may only be 15 buy I can be mean when I want to, by the way that deler was Acura of Torrance (CA).

We ended up buying our car at Metro Acura, the salesman was very nice and wasnt trying to sell us on anything, in fact he was trying to talk us out of the extended warrinty. We later found out he lived right by us and when we needed oil changes he would come to our house, leave his CRV, and take our MDX to the deler (about 25min away).

BTW not taking any crap from people helps in many ways, you would be supprised how good you can haggle when you are on the verge of walking out. luckaly that wasnt nessary at the deler we went to, he was already giving us the lowest possible price.
