Now where is that jaw dropping smilie when you need it. I can tell you for sure that he didn't take lessons to play like that, people usually get to that kind of stuff by themselves, I mean, that is so hard you just cannot teach it, you just have to feel it.

i agree, i'm sure he's had some sort of "guidance" but thats not really something you can teach. the only part that ruins it is the build up he does (slides one chord and strums like mad) that was kind of stupid, but the picking is insane.

lived with two musicians... they cant do that buuuttt one of them was extremely quick on the pick.

picking and fingering are veryyyyyyyyyy different, someone can be phenomenal on one style but be complete and utter rubbish on the other... so shouldn't be too quick to write someone off just like that
