18? Drive legally? Huh? Or is it a NY City law?

All states are now 18 unless you take driver's ed. In some if you get an alcohol violation under age you cannot drive until you are 21.

Ive been driving without a permit from 15-16 then from 16-now Ive been driving on a permit haha.

I didn't know that!! When did that change? I guess it wasn't news around here sinec PA requires schools to have a drivers ed program.

I don't know about the other states, but when I was a youngen, it was illegal to drive in NYC until you were 18, regardless of the state of your driver's license.
