Hey I was wondering how exactly this stuff works. You add the rings around your headlights and they give off a nice glow around your lights right? I got a few questions.
-Is it hard to install these?
-Are they always on when your car is on?
-or is there somekind of switch somewhere/are they only on at night?
-Would I need to get a power inverter to power them?
-How long do they last?
-How exactly do you mount them? Do they just snap in somehow and say on?
I found someone who will sell them to me for 90$ shipped with:
-4 Custom Plastic injection Halo rings (Hella Style Design)
-8 Real Deal 10,000 MCD Super White LED (Pre assembled and soldered Together )
-8 240 Ohm Resistor
-10 Wire caps or connector
is that all I need?

Thanks alot

Don;t have much time.. so I will keep this short.

1. Not hard to install at all. On the scale of 1-10 I would call it 4. You have to unscrew headlights and just be careful.

2. Since you tap into an electrical unit, you can choose any wire that goes "hot". Usually you choose the one that gets hot when you turn on the car or when headlights are on.

3. No switch.

4. Well, GenerationV have bulbs that could eventually burn out. Depending on the quality of installation, everything should last a long while.

5. You unscrew and remove headlights and snap them ON the plastic insert. They never fell off from me but for some people they did.. so add little sports of poxy or something.

6. Do not go with LED. They will be barely visible and only when you headlights are turned off. They are not worth a penny. If you are going to get them go with GenerationV that have have large bulb units (I have those). The best place to get them is http://www.umnitza.com and they sell them for around $270. They provide very good kit, video installation tutorial and quality.
