oooooooooooo BABY i'm back from boot camp...... lol and i found out my dad did work to my car, he popped in bilsteins baby now i'm thinking of putting springs for my BMW 540i 1994 anyone got reccomendations?
oh and boot camp sucked lost 25 lbs and i would never do it again haha...

I would look into Dinan's springs and a set of Bilstein Sports. Don't fall for the progressive spring hype, most of the progression built into the springs is negated as soon as the cars weight is on them.

I have Dinan on both my M roadster and 318is (look at the photos in the Gallery). Dinan can lower your car, it depends on what you order. My roadster is about 1 inch lower than stock, and the 318is is about 2 inches lower than stock.
