Got served a garnishment for an employee

Can you believe this was to “upgrade” a car? It was delivered by the Sheriffs office but I had no idea 521.% was even legal. The car was fine as it was but I guess he thought the “needed upgrades” were worth 521.00%+.

Wow, don't think that percent is legal in California. But, since LV was founded by mobsters, maybe their loan sharking laws are a little more lax.

And I thought the 300% loans that are used in the state of Illinois for paday advances were insane. Especially since their marketing target is low income individuals since they are the most likey to get trapped in the repayments and have to take out another loan.

Hope they REALLY enjoy their upgrades to their car.
