Vice City is good and all but if you want realism, I suggest the game MAFIA and mod that. It is very real, the physics engine, the graphics, the damage modeling, it's all there:
Yes, but you need a pretty powerfull PC for it. I have an old PC 800Mhz, 256ram, and only new video card 128mb and the game runs at around 18 FPS. Playable but would be more enjoyable on faster PC, I think I should get one soon.
