BB Gun Ownage (Language Warning)

When I was a little younger I had my friend shoot me in the face with a BB gun. I thought it would be kind of cool but instead the BB peirced through my skin and ended up embedded in my face. It entered right in the upper lip where it meets the nose. I was REALLY suprised by how much blood gushed out. After cleaning it all up it eventually healed over and now there isn't even a scar. I never told my parents because I didnt wany my gun taken away. Two years ago when I went to get my brances on they X-Rayed my head and the doctor ran into the office with me and my parents there with the X-Ray and it showed the BB lodged in my face!!! I was just as suprised as they were, because I had assumed it just fell out when I first got shot.

Either way I'm fine now and there is no scar :) They were going to take it out but I asked the doctor if they could leave it in and he said OK. I can still feel it in my face, lol. Pretty cool.

I've shot myself with a BB gun before. I was trying to shoot a hole through my trash can for fun. Being stupid, I didn't realize that since the trash can was thick rubber, the bb would just bounce back right at me. Nothing happened to me, but it was really scary and cool watching that little thing fly right back at me. It was like it happened in slow motion and everything.

I'm not worried about it... I thought it would be kind of cool to leave it in there. After all it had already been in there two years so everything was completely healed, no reason to go cutting up my face to get at it... I can assure you I am not afraid of getting it taken out, I just think its a good reminder of me not to do any more things as stupid as that... If I was chicken I would have run back to my house and had my mom take me to the hospital when it happened. But instead I poured some alcohol on it and made a bandage out of some paper towels and duct tape :)

yeah, I was kinda disappointed he didn't fall. I mean, after all that effort to piss off your friend, at least dunk him. There were a couple a times when he was about to fall. Just one more shot woulda spooked him enough to fall. I think they shoulda used paintballs though. Easier to see where you're aiming at and scarier b/c you can see the balls coming at you. As long as you aim at the waist or below, there's very little chance of injury. Plus, hitting your friend's ass is always a highlight.
