Anyone installed diamond clear tail lights?

Stock lights have a big piece broke off, can only see it when the trunk is open. These look nice, just ordered some. Hopefully they do not friggin leak or fog up.

Just have a bad feeling about them leaking....but had some money to blow. Will let you all know how it goes. Someone has to take the plunge.

Those look great, hope it works out for you. Be sure to change those amber bulbs to Silvania Silver Star turn signals, look blue but light amber. I got those for my Cougar and they are great, look much better than amber bulbs.

I just have a feeling they are going to leak. Have bought some aftermarket ones before and they were crap, looked nice, but leaked. One of the connectors is almost broken on my stock ones now, has a crack in the top plastic, bad connection....did not want to get another set of stock ones. Not sure on Pro Car Parts quality for the price....but will report it, last time I got something from them it was OK, diamond clear side markers. No leaks with them, but tail lights are a different story. I have Silver Star bulbs in the front low beams, they work great over stock. Next mod......some new Angel Eyes.....in chrome bling.

Well, they shipped them today, should be here on the 22nd, will let you know how it goes. I know they are a 2 min install as I have been through this before. Last ones leaked as a replacement for my broken stock lights, they suffered a quick death by hammer after they leaked. Hopefully these do not throw any brake light codes and do not leak. Will let you all know the truth after the install, they do look sweet....sometimes something that looks sweet is bitter.
