$12,000 ran into me

I never considered modding my M3, but 12K just ran into me.......hard. I'm thinkin rims and tires first.. Suggestions? 3 piece, 2 piece. BTW , I have two other daily drivers. I've had my M3 for a year and don't have 6000 miles on it, so I can just put great weather gear on it. I'd love to hear everyones suggestions.

AC Schnitzer makes some damn nice wheels. Spend a few G's on the rims, and just save the rest for a rainy day.

I sure wish $12,000 ran into me. If I had that kinda cash to blow, I'd put in the LED brakelights and/or some HRE rims. And either clear out those front reflectors or get body colored ones. Maybe a GruppeM intake. Upgrade the interior?

If you remember the M3 exhaust video that someone posted, there were some pretty slick exhausts in there. Otherwise a guy i run with has his E46 M3 slammed, with 19" SSR GT3's, and it looks reallll hot.

That is a good idea. I’ve heard a stock M3 take off, and IMO BMW left something to be desired. If not, as MrE suggested some AC Schnitzer wheels with some Brembo big brake upgrades.

Bryan, I think we're the only dorks on here who would actually spend the money on useful things. I'd spend it on debt, gutters, and sit on the rest for when my 80 year old boiler goes.

Well, I was in a bad wreck last October and the insurance company of the other driver has made me an unexpected offer. Also I'm seeling a small business that I didn't think I would sell. I already have a 10 day trip to Mexico in may paid for, My investments are good, I finished my basement and 12 k of this money is like found money. So...now you know.
